Wow!!! This has been such a cool experience these past 3 weeks which has not given me a lot of time for updating. So sorry for the delay if you haven't heard from me in a while. It has been fun, exciting, and full of action-packed days.
How have you all been? Time to put on the thinking caps and plug into the information outlet - school! lol 
Our journey started out from Calgary on August 15, 2008. We headed south through Montana and something incredible happened. Have you ever seen a white Deer, I did? That night it was the biggest brightest moon ever!!! It lit up the whole highway that we could see everything. We came around the corner and right in the middle of the road was this incredible Deer. It was very beautiful, but not very smart standing in the middle of the road. Didn't its mom ever teach it that they shouldn't play in the middle of traffic, they could get hurt, you know!!
Good thing there were no other cars coming behind us. It was us, and this Deer. We honked but it just stood there staring at us like we were having a contest or something. Finally, after the 7th honk of the horn, it decided to trot away into the moonlight. The strangest thing to this story was that it vanished right in front of our eyes. No kidding.
It was like having a Guardian Angel around us protecting us on our trip. Our stop for the night was in a beautiful little hotel near the IDAHO border...
